The company’s objective is to give customers well maintained cars from reputable sources. Innovate cars and sell cars which the customer would like to have with affordable prices.

The company has approximately 2,500 regular customers.
And has several competitors like Hyundai, Toyota and Ford Motors.
ü They offered services such as inspection, maintenance and repair of cars and 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance. Their target market are people who are car enthusiasts, people who are in a upper class and people that goes to high class vehicles.

Start this section with a paragraph containing the general problem followed by a bulleted list of specific problems. Your study must be HOLISTIC and therefore must consider problems that may arise on the areas of Information, Manpower, Machines, Methods, Materials, and Money. 12. Focus on the root problems and other consequences of these problems. 13. Explain why this process/system was selected in terms of its importance to the company or department in achieving its goals. 14.
